DTSI Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI) was recently assessed and found to be in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. DTSI brings this internationally recognized quality management standard to its processes and practices to ensure its services and offerings meet or exceed customer needs and requirements. DTSI’s decision to attain ISO 9001:2015 accreditation reflects a commitment to continually improving our services. To meet ISO 9001:2015 standards, DTSI underwent an extensive company-wide audit that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances. DTSI’s CEO, Manny Marrufo, stated, “Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification has been a company goal and complements our CMMI maturity level 3 appraised practices. Together, adherence to these standards strengthens our position in assuring our customers have complete confidence that our services and offerings operate to the highest quality standard.” He added, “I am extremely proud of our team for their achievement which proves DTSI’s commitment to ensuring quality and providing the best possible service to our clients.
