Sick time is accrued throughout the year for use of emergencies, medical appointments, unexpected illness, injuries, and other related occurrences.

DTSI offers group medical benefits to all full time employees and their dependents. The policies to choose from include health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life, and supplemental for accidental, and critial illnesses.
Life & AD&D Insurance
DTSI offers life and AD&D policies to all full time employees and their dependents. Basic life and AD&D plans are offered and paid for by DTSI up to selected benefit amounts. Additional policies are available for a semi-monthly premium if desired by the employee. Premiums are paid easily through a payroll deduction. Life and AD&D policies are available for enrollment upon the employee’s first date of employment.
401(k) Retirement Plan
DTSI offers a 401(k) retirement plan to make savings easier for employees. Eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan after 90 days of service with DTSI.
