Greg Wicketts
President and Chief Operating Officer
Greg Wicketts is President and Chief Operating Officer. He began working for DTSI in 2005 as an application analyst and was assigned to the division office in 2007 as a project manager. Greg was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2013 and then to his current position in 2016.
For over 30 years Greg has been fortunate to have worked with a tremendously dedicated team of IT professionals – people who are the subject matter experts for Air Force systems. He is also fortunate to have a terrific, supportive wife, Rebecca, and three wonderful children. Greg obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996 and 2005, respectively, and his Project Management Professional® certification in 2006.

Dave Ramos
Vice President – Corporate Affairs
In his current role as Vice-President- Corporate Affairs, Dave manages all aspects of corporate affairs for the organization including company information management, administration, risk mitigation, recruiting and maximization of corporate infrastructure.
Since joining DTSI as a technical project manager, Dave has successfully served for twenty-two years in a variety of tactical and strategic roles encompassing corporate and operational support positions for the organization. Most recently, he served as Vice-President for Business Development. Aside from DTSI, Dave has worked in both technical and Human Resource Management roles for domestic and internationally based commercial firms including homebuilding, cartography and product manufacturing. His range of expertise has given him the opportunity to develop data centers in the US and Canada, assist in systems migrations as well as successfully drive organizational development for several companies.

Russell Williams
Director of Operations
During his 13 year tenure, Russ has served as On-Site Project Manager, Corporate Program Manager, and Contracts Administrator. His efforts have had a direct impact on the overall growth of DTSI. With more than 36 Years in IT, Russ leverages his diverse IT background and problem solving capabilities to tackle a variety of technical issues.
Prior to joining DTSI, Russ proudly served in the US Air Force for more than 23 years spending that entire time in the Information Technology field. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Project Management Professional.

Ronny Holmes
Director of Support Services
Ronny Holmes is Director of Support Services and also serves as Facility Security Officer for the company. Ronny is serving his second tenure with DTSI having rejoined in 2001 at their former headquarters in El Paso. He was responsible for managing the relocation of corporate headquarters to San Antonio in 2014.
Ronny began his career with the company as the corporate network administrator and now serves to manage DTSI’s corporate Information Systems and Facilities and is chiefly responsible for managing security and maintaining a secure environment for corporate employees and visitors. Ronny was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1977 where he subsequently began to design, install and support a variety of computer networks in the El Paso area. He now leverages his three decades of professional experience in a variety of technical roles and numerous industry certifications to serve DTSI corporate information and security requirements.
