Diversified Technical Services Inc (DTSI) and ITDC are pleased to announce the formation of a formal Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program joint-venture – Cogent Choice, LLC.
The joint-venture’s objective is to capitalize on DTSI’s 40 years of successfully providing a range of IT services to the Federal Customer community and ITDC’s experience with emerging technologies.
Cogent Choice will leverage the diverse team of professionals with decades of experience providing industry-leading best practices and the agility necessary to historically deliver successful mission support to a variety of Federal customers.
Benny Asnake, President of ITDC and the JV’s managing partner remains excited about the collective capabilities of the Joint-Venture and potential solutions the JV can offer to the customer community.
Manny Marrufo, President of DTSI opines that he believes the mentor-protégé program will present an excellent opportunity to mature ITDC’s long-term capabilities and provide DTSI a viable partner for providing “leading-edge technology solutions” to various customers in the Federal workspace.
